Mind at ease!

Ok!  I don't have any doubts any longer!  We had our first ultrasound yesterday, and the baby was moving around like crazy!  Heart rate was 175bmp, I know it's still too early to tell, but that high number gives me hope that it is a girl!  I really hope so!  We are super excited!  I hope this pregnancy goes quickly! 

Holy Cow!

12 weeks already!  Geez time is flying by.  We have only told a few people, but haven't announced it to the world yet...still waiting to see the little bean next week.  I wish it were closer...it feels like such an eternity, it will be our very first ultrasound, soooooo excited! 

nausea has gone away some, still nauseous in the afternoon and at night before bed, but that gives me an excuse to eat an ice cream cone before bed :D that probably hasn't helped me with my weight gain...luckily the nurse recorded my weight after I had already gained 6lbs in the first 3 weeks!  I look like I am 16 weeks pregnant, but it could be because it's our second child.

I can't stop thinking about our appointment next week!
